In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, building strong relationships and becoming their go-to person for any support needs.

Responsibilities:

• Connect callers to the correct person within the office
• Scheduling service calls
• Renewing contracts
• Checking PP24 daily for alerts
• Entering maintenance contracts/recurring events in Service Titan
• Schedule current maintenance visits
• Contact past due and expired maintenance agreements
• Reach out to new potential maintenance members (outbound calls)
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on maintenance numbers
• Keep swag bags available for service technicians

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone/e-mail skills (Mostly phone)
• Complete and concise message taking is a must
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Must be able to de-escalate/defuse anxious clients quickly
• Construction experience preferred
• Goal Driven
