We are in search of a Client Success Strategist.  There is no such thing as a perfect fit. Here at K3 we understand that and are far more interested in investing in the right human for the job that can help us grow than the technical skills. K3 Technology is a modern Technology Business Success Partner with an expertise in delivering impactful technology solutions that drive our clients business to excellence.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Success Strategist with leadership potential to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and nurturing our client relationships, advocating for their needs, and driving business growth through strategic lead generation and marketing initiatives.

 

Working as part of a team, you are helping to run and support the day-to-day management and organization of specific projects as well as the overall business success, not only for us, but for our clients. You have meticulous attention to detail and are working on establishing strong client relationships by creating confidence in them by understanding their business and the competitive landscape.

 

 

On a typical day, your duties might include:

  • Client Relationship Management – 30%:
    • Act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams.
    • Regularly visit client offices, organize social engagements, take clients out, and maintain open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, going beyond primary POCs to connect with users and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Coordinate and execute client-centric events, including lunch and learns, appreciation gatherings, and interactive sessions that add value and strengthen relationships.
  • Client Advocacy – 20%:
    • Proactively address and resolve client issues, serving as their advocate within our organization.
    • Communicate effectively with clients during the resolution process to maintain confidence and transparency.
  • Lead Generation & Marketing – 20%:
    • Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and follow-up communications. These communications should foster valuable relationships and friendships, as opposed to immediately attempting to sell services. We want to be a value to our connections and not a nag!
    • Work with internal teams as a leader to engage them in content strategy – creativity, interviewing and story-telling skills could be a huge help with this!
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract ideal clients, including content creation, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Sales Support & Material Development – 20%:
    • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, service one-pagers, and customized quotes that communicate the benefits of our offerings.
    • Utilize storytelling and creative approaches to enhance sales materials and social media outreach.
  • Executive Assistance – 10%:
    • Manage accounting correspondence, respond to non-technical client inquiries, and ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked.
    • Oversee procurement processes for hardware and software licensing, providing support to the executive team as needed.


To be a good fit for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role, preferably within an IT or Managed Services organization.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to add value to client interactions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for making people feel heard and valued.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events that engage and excite a high-level executive audience.
  • Creative mindset with experience in social media engagement and content creation.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in creating sales documents and presentations.
  • Comfortable with managing executive assistant responsibilities.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for building and nurturing business relationships.
  • Working knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels.
  • Ability to spot when a client is at risk and how to manage up and work around.
  • Never being “too senior/precious” to do something; the ability to scale is important.
  • Ability to understand our clients’ business and category and translate K3 offerings to solutions that move their business forward. Helping our clients’ businesses grow rather than just generating more revenue for us is core to our ethos at K3.

Your primary job duty will be to build strong, trusting relationships with our clients as well as potential clients.

  • Organized Multi-Tasker: Manages a diverse workload with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the flawless execution of client management tasks and event planning. You should be exceptional at prioritizing, and communicating to management what your priorities are, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Comfortable with modern technology, CRM tools, and possesses a quick learning curve for understanding the technical aspects pertinent to the managed services industry.
