Responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Life
We are currently seeking a Client Success Manager on the rapidly growing International Tax Services team at Eide Bailly. As a Client Success Manager on the team, you will support our international tax professionals with business development activities and through all aspects of the client experience.

Your tasks will include all project and client management activities including call scheduling, engagement letter procurement, client communication and status reporting.

A typical day as a Client Success Manager on the International tax team might include the following:
  • Monitoring emails and Teams channels for prospective and existing client opportunities, engaging team members for follow up and scheduling, attending exploration calls and follow up on action items
  • Conducting research on events, companies, industries, and decision makers to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Work with Marketing to develop service and event related promotional materials
  • Managing Salesforce data including logging new prospects, clients, contacts and opportunities.
  • Assist with planning and monitoring of relationship nourishment and business development activities related to our international network
  • Monitoring and following up on the opportunity pipeline
  • Scheduling and attend project kick-off calls with clients and Eide Bailly project stakeholders.
  • Aggregate project documentation, coordinate calls and communicate with the client throughout projects.
  • Produce and distribute project status reports.
  • Review documentation storage and initiate billing at completion of projects
  • Assist with the development and implementation of best practices within the international tax practice
Qualifications:
Who You Are
  • You have the ability to interact and communicate effectively, clearly in writing and verbally, to all levels at an organization, including those in the C-suite.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities and communicating effectively.
  • Desire to serve others to ensure a successful experience for the team and our clients
  • Ability to stay organized and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify the source of a problem and create and test solutions.
  • You have strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a client relationship manager a preferred
  • Experience dealing with international business a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000
