Job Description:
For the Client Success Sales Representative position - We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a High Energy High Ticket Closer. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.
This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 8:20am to 6pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Performance Expectations:
- Daily Sales Training Every Morning Before 9AM
- Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- 50 Dials Per Day on Average
- Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
- Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
- Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month

Hours : Monday through Friday 8:20am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-12pm, with Overtime requirements on some weekends for events.
