About the Job
We are looking for an energetic post aales Client Success Manager.
This position is to support client from the start of their journey with us and through their entire life cycle.
It basically comes down to making sure each client is successful with ZippyApp.
The responsibilities include the following but are not limited to them:
• Setup / deploy new client
• Support changes / updates
• Conduct product training
• Monitor performance / usage
• Follow up to ensure proper utilization
• Promote upgrades and offer up-sells
• Develop best practices to maximize utilization and increase efficiency.
Requirements / Responsibilities
• Digital savvy
• Great communication skills – written & verbal
• Detail oriented
• Analytics skills to develop realistic and measurable metrics & indicators.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of SaaS business
• Good Social Media Marketing skills is a big plus
• Formal college education (BS/MS)
