Position Description: Company OverviewREdirect Consulting is a leading provider of real estate technology solutions with a global reach. REdirect takes an advocate's approach to consulting, partnering with its clients to craft and implement solutions that carefully match their business and budget requirements and reach their technology goals with a full understanding of their business challengesWe provide a range of services including Business Process Consultation, Software System Selection, End-to-End Implementation Services for the MRI Software and Yardi Software platforms, Custom Programming and Integration Services, Custom Reports/Dashboards/Analytics, Data Conversion, Adhoc and Staffed Support.Job DescriptionThe Client Success Account Executive is responsible for identifying new prospects across North America as well as building and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through a combination of mining existing accounts and contacts. This role will contribute heavily to accelerating REdirects growth services, including but not limited to automation, Spreadsheet Server, REdirect Assist, and ESG advisory services.The Client Success Account Executive supports clients as they transition from sales prospects to active accounts, ensuring effective management throughout the sales process and a smooth handoff to the delivery team.This is a full-time, remote position that will require flexible working hours at times. REdirect offers a collaborative and open atmosphere, fostering creativity and welcoming new ideas.ResponsibilitiesSales/Account ManagementResponsible for building and managing a pipeline of new businessProspect, cultivate, and develop new leads - heavy outbound lead generationMaintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer serviceGather company information on prospective clients, which includes information on their real estate portfolio and current information technology solutionsRepresent REdirect in a highly professional manner through interaction with prospective and existing clients.Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as neededBe conversant in REdirects current and emerging services & product capabilities and their competitive strengthsAssist in managing existing client accounts, including periodic follow-ups to identify new opportunities and discuss new products & servicesSales AdministrationCoordinate sales meetings with clientsMonitor and update CRM system to ensure prospect/client information is correct and continually updatedAssist in preparing and administering client sign-off proposals, statements of work, and change ordersMaintain a diligent record of calls and information gathered from prospects and clientsCreate and conduct client surveysGather client testimonialsOther projects and duties as needed in support of global sales effortsCollaborationContribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategiesHelp to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offeredEngage the delivery team and subject matter experts during the sales cycle to ensure a smooth transition between teamsSkills/RequirementsBachelors degree (or equivalent) in business or related disciplineMinimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in professional services or proptechAbility to deliver revenue sales in excess of $1.5mPrevious experience with outbound lead generationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships, partnerships, and work collaborativelyAbility to set goals and monitor performanceReal estate industry experience is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of CRM systemsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at REdirect. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, REdirect is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annually
