Client Success Specialist

Our premier criminal defense, immigration, and family law firm is looking to immediately add a Client Success Specialist to our team of professionals. We are a top-rated and rapidly expanding law firm and are interested in a candidate who is dedicated, reliable, and looking to grow within the practice. Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have a satellite office in Brooklyn, NY. Our law firm operates as a team, with each member bringing their individual strengths and experiences to provide our clients with top-quality representation, no matter what they face. Customer service is of the utmost importance and we believe that the personal attention we give to each of our client's cases helps to ensure solutions tailored to their unique needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in an energetic and fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:*

• Demonstrating a commitment to clients by providing excellent customer service from initial conversation to end results

• Managing firm’s client relationships including, but not limited to, calling, scheduling, and following-up in regards to consultations, appointments, and billing

• Handling a high volume of telephone calls

• Identifying and providing solutions to complex and diverse client-related issues

• Explain the firm's services to the potential client and why we are the best fit for them

• De-escalating situations using compassion and empathy with very stressed clients

• Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary

• Familiarizing yourself with various apps, software, and marketing platforms to better serve our clients

What We Require:*

• Up-to-date resume complete with relevant experience including at least 2 years of law firm experience preferably in client intake

• Experience in criminal defense, immigration law and/or family law preferred

• Sales experience preferred

• Cover letter highlighting your skillset

• Salary requirements

• Bilingual preferred, but not required

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
