ABOUT THE POSITION

Summary

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the legal industry. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of identifying and engaging potential clients, transforming leads into prospects or potential new clients (PNC). Your responsibilities will encompass managing the team of Client Solutions Specialist, building out the CNS sales process, email campaigns and more. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining sales dashboards, reporting analytics, and digital marketing campaigns within our Sales Force platforms. You will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the Client Solutions team, making sure Individual and team KPI are tracked and on pace. Additionally, you will be involved in special projects, generating reports, and support various administrative aspects of our sales and marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Solutions Team management and quality control

· Sales Development and CNS sales process management

· Dashboard creation and KPI management through Sales Force Platforms

· Reporting and Analysis

· General administrative responsibilities

WHO WOULD DO WELL IN THIS POSITION?

Knowledge & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

· 3-5 years of digital sales, lead generation, or email marketing

· 3-5 years of management experience

· 3-5 years of data analytics, dashboard reporting

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent research skills and attention to detail

· Adaptability to changes and willingness to learn new software platforms.

· Commitment to upholding data privacy and regulatory compliance.
