Job Description
The Client Services Specialist (CSS) will manage, manipulate and proof data from our client in preparation for our internal creative team to receive. This may be customer data, sales/promotional data, or product images. This role is a critical part of the total workflow; it ensures that our clients’ needs and expectations are met.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinating and processing information between the client and our internal agency teams. This data may come through in an email, Excel spreadsheet, etc…
- Processing Excel data through our systems for mass/max output projects
- Proofreading their own work as well as our internal production team’s deliverables. This ensures that the final product is error-free, consistent, and accurate before submitting to the client for review
What you’ll need:
· High School diploma or GED required
· 1+ years of experience in a role that requires a keen attention to detail
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
