Our Newest Opportunity:
Summary:
This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations' fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2023 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director. This is an in-person opportunity based out of our Farmington, CT office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Department: Client Services

• Supports the sales and client management staff by assisting with group enrollment, renewal processes and additional administrative functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.
• Assists with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers
• Assists with renewals and new business applications
• Additional assignments assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
• Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to travel, if needed

Education, Training and Experience:

• A rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either December '23 or May '24
• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook

• Comfortable working with others in virtual environments

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
