Client Services Representative - Est

• Serves as the first contact for potential claimants and client companies prior to the start of GENEX’s Social Security Disability representation services.
• Makes initial contact to individuals to sell and explain services while also providing excellent customer service to insure claimants understand the SSDI process
• Explains how SSDI works with the individual’s current Long Term Disability policy.
• Fields calls and leads, screens potential clients for Social Security eligibility, explains services provided, and determines if the claim will be accepted.
• Sends GENEX’s representation packet to potential claimants. Explains forms to the claimant and follows up persistently in order to have the forms returned.
• Reviews initially received claims from LTD carriers to evaluate the feasibility of the claim for SSDI eligibility

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High School diploma required; some college preferred

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $18 - $19 hourly and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
