Penumbra Security, Inc. (Penumbra) is a subsidiary of SGS North America. Penumbra is a Cryptographic Security Testing Laboratory (CSTL) accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP Laboratory Code 200983-0) under the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Located in Clackamas, Oregon, Penumbra specializes in various types of Information Security conformance testing and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
- Receive Orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for the local and global operations.
- Adhere to SGS procedures and policies about operation, quality, confidentiality, integrity, and Health & Safety.
- Familiarize with the manuals, protocols, work instructions, etc., of the assigned customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and order processing
- Make sure all the information received from customers or their documents is processed into effective instructions for the laboratories and any other teams in SGS that will participate in the completion of the order.
- Opens orders and quotations in the required system(s).
- Communicate client order concerns to the Operation, Sales and Account Management teams as required by account SOP or other defined client requirements.
- Escalates non routine order, inquiries or service delays concerns or issues to Client Service Supervisor or SL Lab Manager for resolution.
- Invoicing
- Initiate the Set up new accounts, issue credits and rebills as required.
- Support of the overall operation as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's degree, preferred in Sciences, Textiles, Fashion or related fields.
- Required 2+ years of experience in Client Services or Account management.
Pay Range: $21.55 - $26.44/ hour
