Position Summary:
The Client Services Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in executing projects within the Client Services department while maintaining superior client service standards. This role involves collaboration with internal departments such as Data Services, Product/Website Development, Print/Mail Services, Call Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute projects by managing deadlines, coordinating with operational teams, and ensuring quality deliverables within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout project lifecycles to meet objectives.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client communications, understand their needs, and collaborate with them or support the project management team accordingly.
- Provide project reporting, analyze results, draft project scripts and text, and assist in developing business rules.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $21.00 per hour
