```Duties```

- Provide support to financial advisors and clients in managing and organizing their financial plans and investment portfolios.

- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and account reviews.

- Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications, transfers, and withdrawals.

- Prepare client reports.

- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement client strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in r CRM systems.

- Answer or provide information regarding procedural questions, and processing Client Service requests (address changes, statement copies, etc.).

```Ideal Experience```

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Completed FINRA Series 7 and 63, or 7 and 66, or Series 6 or 65 exams, or a willingness to work towards becoming registered.

- Strong desire to serve others.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in project management and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with banking and brokerage logistics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
