We provide specialized support to people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, mental illness, and people requiring services to support challenging behaviors. We are seeking a Client Services Manager(CSM) to support our operations in the Burlington area. The Client Services Manager ensures the execution of the highest quality services and customer service for clients, guardians, families and funding representatives. You will provide day-to-day leadership, care plan implementation and management, oversight and support to up to 12 residential program sites. To be successful in this role you will be professional, highly organized, express a high level of initiative, maintain exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be passionate about the clients we support.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain quality systems, processes and Client Services by providing oversight and support of assigned programs
- Performs human resource management for direct reports and supports staff in their professional development
- Develops effective communication strategies between employees, supervisors, clients, client guardians, and care management teams.
- Oversees client service planning and collaborates on developing quantifiable success factors
- Manage the fiscal performance of assigned programs, investigating and accounting for variances from budget, and developing plans of correction.
- Promotes compliance and standardization regarding regulatory, contractual and company standards
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience overseeing multi-site or CBRF program
- 2 years of supervisory experience a in Human Services field
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check and driving check
- Completion of TB test and Health Screen
