Client Support Coordinator
This position supports our customers placing orders through our proprietary online marketing tool for printed material. Some consumer interaction experience is required for this position. You will be required to support other Customer Service Representatives.
The right candidate for this entry level position should have good interpersonal skills and be able to work with a dynamic team of Client Service professionals. Due to the diverse printing platforms and services Tukaiz offers on our campus, you will be given the opportunity to develop skills and technical knowledge related to the support of our customers. You must have a desire to learn and take direction well from others.
Responsibilities/Duties required of this position:
· Good math skills.
· You must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Listen and take direction and input from others.
· Retain and develop your abilities from skills and technical knowledge taught to you for supporting our clients.
· Assist in writing up work orders against estimates and project specifications.
· Be detailed oriented.
· Demonstrated good organization and time management skills.
· Review and maintain schedules necessary for all parts of the manufacturing process.
· Demonstrates competency in communicating with internal departments.
· Monitors and track project activity to ensure timely completion and delivery of product.
· Maintain documentation workflow through completion of a project.
