Client Services Bookkeeper

Seeking a financial wizard! The Client Services Bookkeeper independently manages day-to-day services for accounting clients, backs up the Senior Accountant, and contributes to shared projects.

Duties
- Manage Multiple Client Accounts.
- Maintain Accurate Records.
- Ensure Compliance with Laws.
- Prepare for Tax Deadlines.
- Handle Bank Feeds, AP, AR, and Financial Statements.
- Operate QuickBooks Desktop and Online.

Skills for Success
- 3-5 years in finance, banking, or accounting.
- QuickBooks Experience
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Effective problem-solving and communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements
- Desk work, occasional standing.
- Lifting packages up to 30 lbs.
- Clear English communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Wages: $20.00 - $22.00 DOE
