DESCRIPTION:

Office Administration

• Provide thorough communication and client support promptly and courteously
• Monitor and update the daily appointment schedule for the sales team
• Organize and manage front office work flow and documentation
• Receive and post customer payments

Sales Support

• Assist clients in finding flooring selections working in coordination with an Interior Designer
• Update and manage prices and material selections in the Product Catalog
• Assist sales team in showroom display, organization, and cleanliness

Marketing Coordination

• Post project photos for company’s social media marketing
• Send out customer thank you and reminder cards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive and friendly attitude
• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office
• Min. of 2 yrs Office Admin experience preferred in a related field such as construction, home improvement, sales, flooring, or real estate
• Ability to develop a strong rapport with staff / clients and handle critical situations in a professional manner
