Holewinski & Associates – a Private Wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative and dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Schedule client meetings
- Confirm meeting by text and email
- Manage calendars for advisors
- Assist in client data meeting prep
- Distribute mail and scan checks
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist in proofing and sending letters
- Copying, scanning, and electronic filing
- Planning client events
- Following up with prospects from each event
- Posting on Facebook and LinkedIn
Qualifications:
- Pleasant, professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
- Sense of humor and ability to have fun is a must
- Highly organized, accurate and attention to detail
- Analytical in independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in Salesforce is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong persona and business ethic and integrity is a must
- Desire to grow and learn within the practice
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$23 per hour
