Badger Veterinary Hospital is a 6 Doctor practice in Janesville, WI. We are professional, fun, customer-centric and our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets!
We are growing and seeking friendly and outgoing staff to provide compassionate customer service to our clients in a positive work environment. Must be able to multi-task, answer phones, enter data and check people in and out. Experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Client Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the hospital
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
