Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service.
- Follow up with warm leads and provide email support.
- Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading, research, and mailing.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations.
- Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency, especially with online tools.
- Excellent proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Type 40 wpm accurately while engaging with customers on the phone.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred).
- Minimum of one year of insurance service experience in a call center (Insurance industry experience a plus).
- Good oral and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer service skills.
