We are conveniently located in Leesburg, Virginia. We wish to hire a goal-oriented Client Service Representative who is looking for full-time in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Excel at working independently but also thrive in a team environment.
- Have a positive outlook and a passion for working with people and animals.
- Be competent in essential computer functions (typing, email, faxing, etc).
- Be reliable, flexible, and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls.
- Scheduling reservations and grooming appointments for our guests.
- Able to juggle many tasks at once.
- Checking in and out clients and their pets
Requirements:
- Experience as a client/Service Representative is beneficial but not a requirement.
Work Schedule:
- Includes every other weekend and alternating holidays.
