Our Client Services Representatives (CSR) play a critical role interacting with our clients and providing confidence that it is just as important to us that we make a successful delivery than it is to them. Our CSRs
- monitor multiple forms of communication with current and potential clients
- enter and monitor job orders
- adhere to complex individualized client specifications
- organize client paperwork
- assist in the billing process

Experience in a fast-paced dynamic call center is helpful. We are not an organization where you can hide. You will be part of a team and your team members will rely on you. If you prefer to work individually, this may not be the right fit for you. Collectively, our seasoned team boasts more than 40 years of combined experience. They are there to train, guide, and support you along the way.
You will need to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening. The shift will be M-F 0830-1800, but remember that we're always at the service of our clients 24/7/365, and once you get up to speed you may be asked to cover for a sick team mate or someone on vacation, just as they will do for you.
