Orgel Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Manager who can ensure exemplary service to our clients by anticipating their needs while business goals are being supported. The Client Service Manager is a strategic partner in client relationships and orchestrates the deployment of resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to key accounts.

Position Summary

The Client Service Manager will work to develop and implement Client Service strategies that provides a positive, branded experience. The Client Service Manager will assist in escalating matters between the Client Service teams and our custodian during problem resolution in processing client account transactions. This individuals will demonstrate strong and capable leadership qualities to resolve client inquiries, know how to supervise and mentor other Client Service associates by teaching them industry best practices, offering feedback and establishing measurable customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a minimal client base within a team environment to serve clients in a pleasant, professional manner in order to enhance the client experience.
  • Grow and mentor a team of Client Service associates in their respective career paths.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager on problem resolution internally and in custodial conversations.
  • Manage daily workflow within the Client Service department and between service and operations.
  • Point of contact in resolving elevated client concerns and escalating to our Relationship Managers when necessary.
  • Document all communications and activity related to client accounts and transactions.
  • Generate detailed reports to understand the productivity of the Client Service department.
  • Conduct oneself at all times in accord with The Orgel Way and maintain the highest of standards of client confidentiality and organizational discretion.

  • The Client Service Manager must be able to:
  • Manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines for oneself and others
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to client and firm information
  • Understand and adhere to all firm policies and procedures
  • Exercise the highest level of professionalism in personal presentation, communication, and all interactions with clients and employees
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Function well in a team environment by maintaining a positive, collaborative approach
  • Work independently with self-motivation
  • Leverage technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce based CRM, Tamarac, and other software applications as necessary

Education and Experience Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of financial service experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in a Registered Investment Advisory firm
  • Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
