Be part of a team that focuses on client service and supporting the firm's portfolio managers in maintaining strong client relationships. Primary responsibilities are client service, accurate qualitative and quantitative account maintenance and reporting, portfolio metrics and database maintenance, and responding to ad-hoc information requests
- Provide superior service to clients via verbal and written communication
- Set up and maintain client accounts
- Compile and complete client, custodian, and firm paperwork
- Review and maintain client transactions and activity
- Execute firm tasks such as asset transfers and general support of portfolio and investment strategies
- Distribute client reporting, including quarterly performance metrics and statements, in a timely and accurate manner
- Update and maintain performance metrics for the firm's Composites and database entry
- Investment analytics for Investment Committee meeting materials
- Provide administrative support for portfolio managers including phone call coverage and arranging meetings
- Participate in projects designed to improve customer service, create efficiencies and improve the firm's operations.
Requires understanding of the financial markets, strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail and proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
