Job Overview:
As the Business Development Coordinator, you will meet with new clients and families to begin the process for services. You will be responsible for generating new business, organizing, implementing referral development, and marketing and assessment programs to assure awareness and a positive community image. You will learn all parts of the business, so you are educated as to why Assured Assistance maintains a top-rate reputation in the field and plans to stay that way.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn and understand all front office operations, including scheduling, client care plans, and billing.
- Devise and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients, collaborating with the management team to enhance the agency's visibility.
- Assist with the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients into the agency's care.
- Coordinate post-discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing facility discharge planners, social workers and physicians
- Generate and follow up with potential clients and existing leads, nurturing relationships and converting them into active clients.
- Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources, building strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community to raise awareness of our agency and expand our reach.
- Represent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
- Generate client referrals from professional referral sources, leveraging your networking skills and conducting outreach efforts.
- Potential on call responsibilities
Hours of Employment: 8AM – 4:30PM or 8:30AM – 5PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
