We are seeking a client coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer administrative assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
- Provides case management and medicaid requests
- Answer calls and emails the same day they come in
- Collaborate with probation, additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Monitoring UA's for same sex clients
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
