Client Service Associate

Investment management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate directly reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. In addition to daily responsibilities as listed, this position will include projects in financial operations, information technology and Client Service. The ideal candidate has 2 years of work experience possessing strong communication and analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should be detailed oriented and have the ability to learn new skills with a positive demeanor. Financial and Operational Responsibilities:
· Coordinate opening of client accounts on AHB Portfolio Management system (experience with AXYS Advent is helpful)
· Process client fund requests
· QuickBooks: Entry of business credit card expenses
· Create efficiencies in work flow process
Client Service, Marketing:
· Communicating with Financial Advisors regarding client accounts
· Communicate via email and phone with direct clients and service their needs
· Sending necessary paperwork to open accounts (both direct clients and investment advisory firm clients)
· Supplemental Marketing projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required, Business Communications or Administration concentration a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Comfortable learning new software
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Organizational and time management ability
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
