Summary: Responsible for supporting the Client Concierge Team and the core functions of the overall practice with oversight. This role is training to be a Client Concierge and will work closely supporting that team.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Answering incoming phone lines and screening to assure incoming calls are redirected to the appropriate team member.
· Greeting incoming clients and vendors to assure they are comfortable while waiting for their appointment.
· Assure the self-serve drink area is properly stocked with beverage supplies, the coffee machine water is filled and there are sufficient cups and glasses for visitor use.
· Maintain conference room cleanliness between client appointments; cleaning up any used drink containers, wipe down glass tabletop.
· Fill all paper trays each morning for general use items - copier, printer.
· Distribution of incoming mail to appropriate team members.
· Checks and Securities tracking with submission to the OSJ monthly.
· Use of templates in database for all client related transactions.
· Holiday Card Processing
· Scanning Preparation
· Administrative support for the Wealth Advisor Group as needed.
Education/Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some experience in the financial services field is desired
Certificates and Licenses:
· Not Required
· Willing to obtain but not required: FINRA SIE and Series 7 & 66 licenses.

Compensation Model: Salary plus bonus
Total Base Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000 Annual
Bonus Range: 3-4% with no cap
