Responsibilities:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
- Escalating queries and concerns.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to business development efforts
Skills:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience working in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $500.00 - $1,075.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
