Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager you will help families by educating potential new clients and converting to client at initial consults.
Compensation:$120,000
Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities are:
Meet with potential new clients, earn their trust, educate them, and successfully convert to client. Additionally, complete needed documentation and notes, maintain information in CRM system, and to nurture relationships with clients, and potential new clients that do not convert at Initial consult. This person will be accountable for sales KPIs set by the firm.
Qualifications:We are interested in candidates with 2 years of experience in (B2C Required) sales of products or services, (luxury or high-end products and services). This person is required to have a proven successful track record using a consultative sales approach without hard sales mentality. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Education and/or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Degree in business-related discipline preferred. We are looking for a results-driven, disciplined, and highly accountable individual.
