Client Relations Specialist

We have an opening on our growing, dynamic team for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will provide solutions for customer inquiries in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:

• Communicates with clients to answer questions about cancellations
• Manages the Customer Care phone/email account
• Coordinates with the Supervising Attorney and Finance Department to ensure responses are mailed within 15 business days
• Monitor statuses of all cancellations via Airtable
• Follows "Accounting Checklist" to Identify billable and non-billable work to prepare accurate accounting within 6 business days.
• Prepares closing letters and closes matters according to SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management in a legal setting
• Experience with light finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Must have a strong customer-focused attitude and manage all customer relationships with a high degree of commitment.
• Strong telephone presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English with full proficiency
• Experience with Airtble and CRM is a huge plus

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr
Pay range subject to change based on experience on a case-by-case basis.
