As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As the Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and managing relationships with our existing and potential investors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication between the company and its investors, providing them with timely and accurate information to support their investment decisions. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and updates related to our real estate portfolio and our investment funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Reporting:
Develop and maintain strong communication channels with investors, keeping them informed about the company's performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives through various channels.
Prepare and distribute regular reports, presentations, and other materials to investors, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial and operational updates.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing investors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and engage with potential investors, understanding their investment preferences and requirements.
Inform existing investors about company’s latest offerings
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to gather information and insights for effective communication with investors.
Work closely with the executive team to align investor relations strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
Investor Meetings and Events:
Plan and organize investor meetings, conferences, and events to facilitate direct interaction between the company and their investors.
Coordinate and participate in roadshows and other investor-related activities to promote the company's investment opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to investor relations.
Ensure all communications and interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Sales Support
Monitor new investor commitments and progress them through enrollment
Encourage repeat investments with our existing database of clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in investor relations, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting,
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Computer Skills:
Experience with Active Campaign (CRM, Email Marketing & Automation) as well as InvestNext (Real Estate Investment Management Software) is a huge plus.
High proficiency with Google Apps and MS Office Suite.
