Salary: $200k to $230k base per Annum + Benefits + Bonus
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Partner/Director with a strong background in the [BFSI] sector to join our team. As a Client Partner/Director (BFSI) - Hunter, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective clients within the [BFSI] sector through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Understand client needs and pain points, and position our solutions effectively to address those needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of at least [20] years of successful new business development and sales within the [BFSI] sector.
In-depth understanding of [BFSI] industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
Strong network of contacts and relationships within the [BFSI] sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
