Client Operations Administrator (Remote - US)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently hiring an Operations Administrator to join our Operations department. You will play a key part in ensuring a successful onboarding for new TrackStreet clients and establishing the solid foundation that drives our clients’ future successes.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize project management tools to track and meet deadlines, ensuring the team's tasks are well-coordinated.
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and demonstrate company products, services and systems.
  • Gather, analyze and process client data to customize products to user needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to ensure project deadlines.
  • Assist team members in organizing their tasks and meeting project deadlines through guidance and support.
  • Work in a team environment and partnered with department managers.
  • Coordinate client project needs between members of the team and other departments.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One or more years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar roles
  • Ability to efficiently complete projects within projected timelines
  • Ability to build and maintain internal/external customer relations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
  • High degree of flexibility
COMPETENCIES
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Slack, Zoom, TeamWork, ZenDesk, Google Suite applications

COMPENSATION

  • $58,000 - $63,500 annual salary
