Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven, operations & process minded person to join and help our Client Success team. This role involves managing ticket reporting, package inclusions, and promotional contest fulfillment in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will have the opportunity to build processes to improve these areas from the ground up and scale them across all of our events.You will work directly with our Client Success team and work cross functionally with our Operations, Finance, and Sourcing teams.


Responsibilities

  • Ticketing reporting and management

    • Ensure Timely Delivery of Reports: Actively coordinate with clients to guarantee the prompt delivery of their ticketing reports, adhering to established deadlines.

    • Maintain High-Quality Standards: Conduct thorough audits and reviews of ticketing reports to ensure 100% accuracy before delivering to clients

    • Deadline Management and Tracking: Effectively manage and track all client-related deadlines, ensuring a reliable and up-to-date source of truth.

    • Collaborate and Resolve Issues: Work closely with client ticketing teams to oversee all aspects of ticketing processes, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies with the client.


  • Package inclusions management and fulfillment

    • Perk and Add-on Management: Maintain and track all event package perks and add-ons, ensuring accuracy and flawless delivery of all items to purchasers.

    • Package Design: Strategically develop package inclusions to enhance guest checkout conversion, incorporating attractive elements like swag bags, limited edition items, and branded merchandise.

    • Process for Production and Fulfillment: Develop and implement a repeatable process for the production and fulfillment of event inclusions, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.

    • Framework for Inclusions: Establish a framework to determine which inclusions correspond to specific event packages, enhancing package appeal and value.


  • Promotional contest fulfillment

    • Prize Fulfillment Fulfill promotional contest prizes, enabling contest guests to receive their rewards such as free travel packages.

    • Winner Comms and Coordination: Ensure that contest winners receive their prizes, which typically include flights, event tickets, and hotel stays. Collaborate closely with internal teams to arrange and confirm flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ticket allocations on behalf of the winners.



Requirements
  • 1 - 4 years of professional experience

  • Local to Las Vegas with the expectation to be in office each day

  • Moderate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - comfortable with basic functions, vlookups, pivot tables, formatting.

  • Attention to detail and organization are MUST HAVE skills as the impact of small errors or losing track of relevant dates is massive

  • Ability to problem solve and figure out solutions to challenges that arise

  • Strong writing skills and comfortable supporting and speaking on client facing calls

  • Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment, where last minute changes are common
