Client Liaison

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Liaison for a Contract to Salary position. As a Client Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, completing necessary documents, and driving business development. If you have exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:
- Customer Service: Provide case updates to clients by answering and making calls and transferring them to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Release of Funds: Complete the necessary forms with case and payment information (in-house funds, previously released funds, insurance information, status of multiple claims, etc.), submit to the head attorney for approval, and send an email to accounting with funds status
- Accounting: Assist with mailing out payments

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Employment Type: Contract to Salary (3 - 6 month probation period)

Hourly Rate: $18/hour during the Contract period

Location: 6226 Washington Ave. #200, Houston, TX 77007

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• No travel
