Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Services / Sales Support Team Liaison to join our team. This position will provide support to both the CEO, Head of Sales and Director.

- Critical-thinker –Able to analyze, interpret and evaluate information, problem-solve and make appropriate recommendations to the CEO, and other department heads.

- Smart, Curious, Quick Learner - You will be included in meetings involving sales, marketing, finance, product development and personnel issues. You’ll need to be able to develop a core understanding of the overall business operations to ensure priorities are on target.

General Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating travel
- Working with vendors to produce conference collateral and booth materials
- Scheduling meetings and Managing Agendas and calendars
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Developing streamlined processes to improve organization and workflow.
- Effectively researching new vendor options, communication tools, and business opportunities and present findings to decision makers
