- Looking for 1 full time locum with ongoing availability
- Hourly: $120/hr
- Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- 40 hours per week, with 4 – 10h days for 3 weeks alternating with 5 – 8h days for 1 week.
- There are additional hours of weekend call once every 5th week. Call is Friday through Sunday and week-night call is Monday through Thursday.

- Call Ratio: 1:4-5
- Neurosurgery APC requirements (MUST HAVE RECENT NEUROSURGERY EXPERIENCE INCLUDING SURGICAL CASES):
- Duties include surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults;
- clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation.
- There are two neurosurgeons whom the APC will work with and support for clinic, call and surgical purposes. Two department APC's currently.
- Flight/Car, Lodging, and malpractice will also be provided.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Required
- Board Certified - Required
- BLS
- Licensed in WI (Or Willing to apply)
