The Opportunity

Supplier.io seeks an experienced Client Growth - Sales Executive - to increase revenue growth and opportunities within the existing customer base. This role is built for ambitious self-starters, who can sell business solutions and not just technology.

What You Will Do

  • Source opportunities from existing customers, with a focus on expansion of the relationship and helping customers accelerate their success in both Diversity and ESG.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell targets by developing deep understanding product solutions, pricing packages, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers from onboarding to advising them throughout their customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, upsell opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for team improvements.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing tailored sales pitches for each client.
  • Attend all daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings and trade shows/events as applicable.
  • Participate in any other departmental or cross-departmental project or assignment as needed.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Undergraduate degree required, or equivalent in experience
  • 4+ years of direct sales/closing experience; SaaS or tech sales experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record of hitting monthly/quarterly/annual quota
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Experience selling throughout the business chain from lower-to-executive levels
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who aims to over-achieve and challenges the status quo
  • Experience with consultative sales approach
  • Goal-oriented and problem-solving abilities
