Overview:

The Sr. Associate Planner will assist a Planner and the Planning team while assuming financial accountability for a specific account or brand. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Create the running weekly sales reports configuring data and troubleshooting
• Manage and maintain the compiling of historical financial information on product performance
• Partner with sales on growth opportunities at all levels, which include brand, size range, category, style, color and location
• Create the Pre/Post Seasonal Planning for specified accounts
• Manage and maintain the actualizing financial information to support departmental merchandise strategies
• Create the compiling of weekly shipping reports and maintain all documents to monitor performance
• Support the Planning and Sales teams on gathering all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriate
• Distribute weekly reporting to all levels of management
• Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Planning Coordinator or Associate Planner (wholesale experience a plus)
• Excellent organizational and  communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (must have advanced excel skills)
