Job description

House of Harley-Davidson is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Client Relations Coordinator, this individual will be involved with building and nurturing a positive relationship with our clients. This will be a hybrid role, assisting both service and parts, as well as the admin team.

The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· First point of contact - answering calls and assisting callers, by helping them reach the correct department and/or assist service by scheduling appointments, drop-offs, pick-ups, and deliveries.

· Coordinate with service during the winter storage season, by answering customer inquiries, creating reservations, scheduling pick-up and delivery, and taking payment.

· Support service as needed - this could include things such as closing work orders, and submitting warranty claims while ensuring quality and accuracy.

· Managing the phone system - updating users and voicemails, adjusting store hours and on hold messaging, on an as needed basis.

· Basic data entry.

· Maintain files and records.

· Monitor the supplies and reorder as needed.

Qualifications:

· Excellent listening/communication skills

· Positive and outgoing personality

· Ability to work with limited supervision

· Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other software

· Ability to work flexible hours - during peak season, this role will require Saturday hours, with an off day during the week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
