FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a part time, Client Care Specialist. The position involves client scheduling and payment collection in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions. FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is a leading provider of physical therapy, rehabilitation, balance and vestibular retraining, and athletic training services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Completes Daily Activity Log each day and submits to Supervisor.
• Maintains security by following procedures (HIPAA); monitoring logbook.
• Commits to be knowledgeable of companies services and products.
• Compiles lists of prospective patients/referral sources/customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet websites, and other sources.
• Engage with patients/referral sources/customers in office or by phone.
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
• Enters new patient and referral source data into computer database.
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from Four- Year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (Spanish preferred at the time of this job posting).
Compensation: $15.00/hour
