Client Care Representative

Veterinary Cancer Group South Bay is looking for a Client Care Representative to join our team!

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Quick to smile, knows how to keep themselves busy, and will look for ways to improve the service we offer to our patients and clients.
- They will have good judgment, a professional appearance, and have a professional demeanor.
- Will demonstrate tact, self-restraint, and patience.
- Be detail-oriented, especially with spelling/writing and medical records. 
- Should be able to comfort clients whose pets aren’t doing well, or who have just gotten the diagnosis of cancer, and help them celebrate the good and cope with the bad.
- Will be booking appointments, handling a variety of calls, checking on patients, rooming patients, checking clients out, and handling financial transactions.
- have minimum 1 year experience in the veterinary field.
