Job Overview:
As the Home Care Coordinator, you will keep a ‘finger on the pulse of the business’ while providing services for clients. You will meet with new clients and families to begin the process for services. You will learn all parts of the business, so you are educated as to why Assured Assistance maintains a top-rate reputation in the field and plans to stay that way.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Learn and understand all front office operations, including scheduling, Client Care plans, and billing.
· Meet with existing and potential clients for coordination of care.
· Assist with acclimation of clients to the Assured Assistance standard of business.
· Gather and update Client Care plans as needed.
· Utilize our web-based scheduling programs as well as our communication platforms.
· Effective communicate with office staff, clients, and families.
· On call responsibilities as needed.
Hours of Employment: 8AM – 4:30PM or 8:30AM – 5PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $720.00 - $800.00 per week
