Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, effectively communicating their concerns and feedback to the appropriate teams
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and problem-solving, offering solutions and guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
