Our Client Accounts Manager role is a vital communal position with a well-known brand, working on a quickly growing team in a time-tested career industry predicted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to grow 6% by the year 2031. This role offers true financial growth and stability through HYBRID-remote work requiring travel only within your local area/directly surrounding areas (please note, this is NOT a 100% remote position). You do not report to any office or worksite, and you set your own schedule with the flexibility you need to maintain true work-life balance.

No experience is needed for this position and all career backgrounds are welcome as we provide all of the training you will need through leading industry, self-accessible training tools, team culture, and field training with an experienced mentor. Our Regional Manager will review your schedule needs, pay, and the position details in your interview with you so that you can learn from his long-term, applied experience and see if this is the fit you've been looking for.

In this role, you will service your community by educating employees and businesses on what Aflac has to offer. Using Aflac's time-tested and trusted services, you will provide working community members with peace of mind and communal businesses (especially small and local businesses) with modern-day employment solutions!
