Job Description:
- Grow existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Providing IT consulting sales support to clients in an assigned territory or customer base.
- Uncover new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Sell IT, phone, and Internet services to existing client.
- Develop and present solutions based on customer's business requirements.
- Ability to understand various ways a solution may be delivered and anticipate what will work best for client.
- Analyze client needs and create supporting documentation to outline these needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to create tailored client solutions.
- Use company CRM and knowledge management tools in order to provide various levels of sales reporting.
- Check in with clients, regularity based on client revenue.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments or other “touch points” for client engagement.
- Create a strategic plan for high-level accounts.
- Prepare quotes for technical projects.
- Present Strategic Business Reviews within specified.
KPIs:
- 3 Strategic Business Reviews Presentations Reviewed.
- Update Opps Weekly.
- <24-hour average response time on Sales tickets.
- 3 Strategic Business Reviews Presented (weekly)
Compensation:
- Pay rate ranges from $24.00/hr to $31.00/hr(plus commissions) and vary by experience and location.
