We're looking for a Client Account Manager & Project Lead to join our team at TruPro Elites. We specialize in delivering top-notch Amazon FBA services, focusing on maximizing the potential of each Client Account through effective management and strategic project coordination. Our mission is to deliver top-tier solutions to our clientele with e-commerce-based solutions via DIY courses, DWY consulting, & DFY services.
Role Mission:
Your mission is to be the primary liaison between our clients and the agency, managing 35-50 Client Accounts simultaneously ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and account growth. You will work closely with the internal team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
Success in this role/capacity means:
- Positive Client Relationships: Successfully fostering long-term relationships, as shown by low churn rates.
- Effective Team Coordination: Coordinating with the internal team, ensuring all Client Accounts consistently meet their KPIs. This includes effective collaboration with sourcers, assistants, and other necessary team members.
- Growth Achievement: Demonstrating your ability to drive measurable growth in Client Accounts by consistently proposing and implementing solutions that enhance success and exceed expectations.
Position Details:
- Hours - 9AM - 5PM EST
- Remote – This is a remote position, but bonus points if you're in the US & would love to meet up with tacos and sushi.
Compensation - Starting $3,500 per month (Note: willing to negotiate with the right candidate)

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and growth, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.
- Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring efficient team collaboration and timely completion of milestones, including leading regular team meetings.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze Client Account data and project performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of client engagement through effective communication and relationship building, ensuring a responsive client experience.
- Task Management: Manage daily client communications and project monitoring, conduct weekly internal team assessments, perform monthly performance analyses, and present quarterly reports to clients and management.
Experience:
- Proven track record in account management and Project Leadership, preferably in an eCommerce or Amazon FBA setting. (Note: you need to have worked with clients before)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools for data analysis and project management, supporting informed decision-making and efficient processes.
- Incredible communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a remote team.
- Please note – this is NOT a role where I will train you from square one, I want you to be the specialist. We will make sure you understand our offers, systems, and structure, but you need to be comfortable interacting with clients, making decisions, and have at least a basic understanding of e-commerce.
