Job Title: Clerk - Manufacturing I
Job Location: Rumford, RI
Pay rate: Min: $25.00/hr, Max: $25.00/hr
1st Shift (8am - 4pm)
If you are an experienced Scanning Clerk looking for a position with a leading company, we have an
immediate full time, contract position available.
The applicant must be a U.S. citizen or hold U.S. Permanent Resident paper. The applicant will also be
required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Scanning Clerk will include:
Data entry
Scanning documents
Auditing for accuracy
Special projects
Clerical duties, as time allows, including sorting mail, printing visitor logs, temp logs, and
assembling manufacturing work orders and onboarding packets
Job Requirements
As a Scanning Clerk you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and
motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detailoriented and
organized with excellent analytic and problemsolving abilities. It is also important that you display
excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Oneyear applicable experience is
preferred.
